Actually we tend to cook are steaks to medium well to well done. So no blood.

I am annoyed by how tired I am.. I aspire to write blog post.. and feel too tired.
No, I'm not vegetarian or vegan, I just have to cool it on red meat to keep my LDL cholesterol as low as possible so it doesn't affect my liver enzymes too much, which is normal in monitoring sarcoidosis.Hahaha the vamp ref from SB.
