I'm not the type of person who regularly uses elixirs or meal buffs, so my favourite elixir is the fireproof elixir because it enables me to get on with the story and make it to Goron City for the first time.

I don't really use elixirs that much either, but when I do, I feel like any of the 2 that restores stamina is the most useful
