It was a toss up between Wind Waker's Wind Temple and Minish Cap's Palace of Winds for me. Both are great pieces of music, but in the end I went with the Wind Temple.

It's got enough energy to keep me going through the dungeon while also being easy enough that I can comfortably have it in the background while doing other things like writing or staring at the walls willing the voice to just leave me alone.

There's a playfulness to the tune that reflects Makar quite nicely, but also just enough tension to convey the danger the dungeon poses. Great tune.

I voted for City in the Sky, but mostly talking about the boss fight music. That thing is freaking awesome to listen to.

Overall on this list I like the Attack theme, both the original and some of the covers that I've heard, but honestly I haven't heard half of them and I wouldn't say any of the ones I do know are really up there in terms of series-favorite themes anyway. I think I tend to like Forest music the best.
