The Kokiri Shop is the only one that's required in the game because of the Deku Shield, so that makes it the best one by default. I don't tend to go into any of the shops otherwise, they're all pretty useless.

In Randomizer, however, every shop could be equally useful or equally useless. You could do a run in which the bombchu shop is MVP with the Fairy Bow, Requiem of Spirit and Boomerang all for a decent price, but you could also do a run in which the shopkeeper attempts to sell you a Fire Temple small key for 490 rupees, and you need it in order to get a key item.

But yeah, in the normal game, Kokiri Shop is the only one that matters at all.

As for the shopkeeper himself, I like how he has to jump up to see over the counter. Reminds me of Malo Mart in a way.
