Last week's winners:
Last week's Question: In the Minish Cap, some bosses are normal enemies that you fight when Minish-sized. Would you like to see this concept again some time?

Third Place: Not really, but it'd be ok... (14.3%)
Second Place: Draw between "Yes! I love the idea!" and "It doesn't matter to me" (21.4% each)
First Place: Sure, as long as it isn't used too much (35.7%)

This week's question: Which "Scary" dungeon do you consider the "scariest"?

I think Shadow temple and The Well are equal in scariness. The music and design are the same along with the enemy types encountered.

I don't find Arbiters Grounds, Earth Temple or Ancient Cistern to be particularly scary places.

For me, it's also between the Shadow Temple and Bottom of the Well. If I had to choose, I suppose I would go with the Shadow Temple as more time is most likely spent traversing this dungeon compared to the previous mini-dungeon. Either way, between a Redead's scream and surprise "hug" and the overly touchy Dead Hand, I became a little freaked out as a child.

I went with Shadow Temple simply because it's bigger, and it has the ferry to the "other side". But really, it could have gone either way. Bottom of the Well is scary because it's the first time you meet Dead Hand, and Dead Hand is scary.

When I was younger, I would have said Bottom of the Well, or even the Shadow Temple, but since I've played thorugh them both so many times by this point, they're not scary to me anymore. Arbiter's Grounds however is another story. I've only played that dungeon 2-3 times and it creeps me out every time with the Big Poes, redeads and the Death Sword...

For me, it was the bottom of the well. My first exploration in that area was a bit of an eye opener. I found the dead hand to be slightly frightening, but it made me more anxious than anything. What truly scared me was the sight of the torture chamber. I guess the peacefulness of Kakariko above the well and the eeriness of the hideous nature beneath it was too much of a juxtaposition for me at the time.

After the well, though? I have to say, I kinda really enjoyed the shadow temple. Probably getting the first taste of the bottom of the well prepared me for the big kahuna to follow, and I'm pretty sure there had been some psychological influence for me as well when venturing into the temple as adult Link. And I LOVED the ghost ship ferry. That was always such an interesting addition to the temple to me, and I would have killed for some more background on it. Like, why did it only begin to move after you had played zelda's lullaby? How was the royal family involved in this journey to the afterlife so to speak? I find this stuff so fascinating, and I guess my six-year-old mind was messed up like that too, lol.
