Toys You Used to Play with

I was bi-curious as of late and thought to myself wonder what ZD members used to\still play with when they were wee little baba's I decided to use the greatest power bestowed to me on this forum, Create thread.

As for me I had a frickin stretch arm strong, I'm sure some of you remember these.

So now it's your turn, make us proud.

By toys... you mean children's toys, right?

If so, I never really had any children's toys. I never had any dolls or anything, or at least none that I can really remember. I grew up with 6 brothers so most of what I remember is going to the field to watch them play football and stuff and just go out with them. Not really do anything. And watching a lot of TV; that's mostly all I can remember. Watching Brum, and Postman Pat, and Fireman Sam. Back when children's TV shows were quality things and taught you stuff. I look now and so many cartoons are what I'd expect to see if I did a load of acid or something.

So, yeah. Not a great answer but, that's it.

I used to play with Hot Wheels and LEGOs when I was a good child. Now that I'm older, I prefer to play with video games..

Dude, I remember those stretchy toys. Those things were awesome. XD

I had a lot of toys growing up (I was a very spoiled little girl), so I played with a lot of them. I particularly had a fondness for dolls and stuffed animals, as well as those silly science kits that you can make stuff with. And HotWheels.

I still do have a fondness for dolls and stuffed animals; I recently got a Pullip doll. And I have a Figma too.

Ugh I used to play with dolls when I was a kid. Oh add lego to it as well. I did enjoy it back then. It would be very odd and weird if I would still enjoy it today

I used to play with stuff like toy axes all the time as a kid, and now years later I have a real axe, it's funny how things work something huh?

LEGO's, wooden trains and train tracks, Playmobile, Barbie horses, you name it. I loved them, still do and if my nieces or nephews wants me to play with them I will. Heck, I'd love to get some LEGO's just for my own personal enjoyment I have kept my collection of barbie horses (the proper kind, the ones that looked like proper horses, not those awful ones with eye shadow and permed mane and tail... I hated those as a child and even more as an adult) because they meant a lot to me and I want to pass them on to my own children. Until that happens they are kept at my parents' house so my nieces and nephews can play with them if they want.

Who doesn't still play with toys?

I still love legos, and puzzles, and stuffed animals, and video games...
I think the kinds of toys you play with change as you get older. e.g Power tools, cars, etc.

I enjoyed paying with Tinker Toys, Lincoln Logs, tops, dominoes, and so many more. I was more of an old toy kid. So much fun. So much to do. Great times. Too bad my tinker toys are gone.
