3. Getting the Master Sword in Ocarina of Time.
2. The cutscene right after you beat Lanayru Mining Facility in Skyward Sword.
1. The fight against Ganon in Ocarina of Time.

Yes, I know there are a bunch of epic moments than I just listed, but it would take me forever to list them all. Now what's yours?

In no specific order:

3. Twilight Princess - Midna facing off with Ganondorf before we fight him.
2. Majora's Mask - The Four Giants stepping in to hold up the Moon after Link calls them.
1. Skyward Sword - Ghirahim stabbing straight through Impa's barrier, and then Link attacking him from behind.

Each of those are a cutscene from my top three favorite Zelda games.

2. Majoras Mask - The scene where the moon actually crashes and everyone dies.
1. Wind Waker - The way that Link defeats Ganon.... Nothing will ever top that for epicness
