I'm 99% sure one of my friends has OCD and PTSD.
She shows the exact same signs that I did a few years ago, and before I was diagnosed and medicated for my own.
The compulsive apologizing is one of the reasons. The way she repeats the same thing over and over reminds me of when I did the exact same thing for years. She doesn't seem to repeat it for anyone, and even she doesn't know why she does it. I'm pretty sure that's OCD.
From what she's told me about her childhood, it seems like PTSD would accurately describe the way she views it.
The constant self-blame just breaks my heart.
God, I hope she can get help for it, because her current psychologist is apparently useless, and she doesn't have the confidence to say anything about it.

First CDPR, Kojima productions and Sony, now epic, mircrosoft, unity and iron galaxy have all pulled out of GDC because of coronavirus concerns. Wonder if the whole event end up being cancelled.
Hokkaido Prefecture declared a state of emergency for their prefecture from today and the governor asked citizens not to go out unless absolutely necessary until at least March 19th (schools all across Japan are already being closed for the next month). I was there just over two weeks ago myself so I very narrowly dodged that bullet but a bunch of my friends are studying there now so I hope they’ll all be alright.

It occurred to me earlier this morning that I've forgotten to take my meds for like an entire week. Whoops. And I haven't really uh.. made an effort to remedy this.
