Infeasible Theme/Skin Uploading

I was wondering if it would be possible to have a plugin or whatever that would allow us to create or at least upload forum skins. ZD just isn't pink enough for my tastes, and I feel that this would be fairly fun to use. It's not really necessary but, you know.

I don't see any current hack that will do this. Due to security concerns, it would have to be limited to changing colors and fonts, not entire styles or images. I'm surprised VB doesn't have something like MediaWiki's Custom.css built-in...

You know what, even just changing the colours would be fine. It really would but CSS editing would be nice if we could.
