Alright I don't know if any of you have heard of this but I am an avid Nuzlocker. I have posted many of my runs on the actual Nuzlocke Forum. The rules are simple.
1. You must catch the first pokemon in every route. (Unless it is a duplicate or an evolution of something you have already)
2. If a pokemon faints, its dead. No if's and's or buts about it.
3. You MUST nickname ALL pokemon you catch.
