Bloodstained Curse of the Moon 2 is the only one there that I played.
My GOTY was an Indie called Haven but it isn't out on Switch yet.
Last year wasn't too bad for indies, a lot of variation going on and I would have liked to have played more but I didn't have the money and I avoid playing my Switch when possible and will opt to buy most games on Ps4 now if they're cross platform.

Out of that list, probably ruiner or hades.
Best indie I played last year has to be Risk of Rain 2 though.
