General Modern The Minish Cap is Too Underrated.

This game is very under rated.
I've played through it a couple of times and you might find something new every time dare I say, it's like Alttp in a way. I just love it, though it can get kind of boring if you play it enough.

I love Minish Cap, even though it's not my favorite 2D Zelda game (Favorite is Link's Awekening then Alttp and Minish Cap) but i still think that it's a great game. The soundtrack is good, the gameplay is great, the bosses are fun to deal with and it has my favorite 2d dungeon the palace of wind.
Plus it's packed with things to explore and discover, all Zelda games should be like that in my opinion.

The only reason i can think of is that it might be under rated is because some people aren't fond of 2D Zelda games, personally i prefer 2d zelda games over 3d zelda games, but that might just be me.
The only complaints i have about this game is that i find it too short and that the overworld map is too tiny, i wouldn't mind having 2 more dungeons, but again that's just me i guess.
