You're forgetting that Rey is literally just getting started as a character. She has lots of potential to grow as a character. We've yet to see where she will go from here. Berating her for the same flaws that Luke and Anakin have that she may or may not grow out of eventually yet not berating the other two is just dumb.

You're forgetting that Rey is literally just getting started as a character. She has lots of potential to grow as a character. We've yet to see where she will go from here. Not to mention it seems pretty obvious there's more to her than we or even she knows. Luke started training at a way older age than Anakin, and even Anakin was considered too old to start Jedi training, but somehow Luke became a Jedi Knight in a couple of years whereas it took Anakin about a decade. Even Obi-Wan has demonstrated some pretty miraculous victories. Like how he defeated Darth Maul one on one when Qui-Gon couldn't and even defeated Anakin who was already considered more powerful than he was. Rey is a mysterious character with an incomplete backstory and a strange connection to the force, so it's stupid for anyone to be prematurely *****ing about her being a "Mary Sue" without letting Episodes 8 or 9 explain the how and why.
