The future of Nier

Square Enix has greenlit 'numerous Nier projects' for the near future, which sounds like great news (unless SE destroys the series with their shady business practices).

What would you like to see in Nier's future?

Would you like a straight sequel to Automata?

Would you like Taro to do what he does best and just go crazy?

Would you like remakes of the original Nier and Drakengard games?

Would you like spin offs and mobile games?

Not really a big player of mobile games. Haven't even got FF15, mobile and I love FF15.

As for remakes of the original Nier and Drakengard I'd be up for them if they were good. I haven't heard anyone recommend them to me.

As for the future of Nier I'd like to see something different next time rather than a sequel to Automata. That story was told so well I feel going back would just mean an inferior sequel. Let Taro loose I say!

Future - I'd love some backstory on A2. I wouldn't mind at all if they made a prequel game that tied in her creation and her descent into Pearl Habor.

Sequel - As long as SE doesn't **** it up.

Yoko Taro - Him being crazy is what made Automata amazing. I'm all for it!

Remakes - ABSOLUTELY! I'd love the chance to play all of the games and learn the history of the series.

Spinoffs - Nah, I'd rather they just focus on the next core console game.
