I was pretty freaked out when on the Big G's Sword quest, when you return to the lost woods there's just a kokri standing there and telling me in such an innocent way, that he was "turned into a stalfos".

The Shadow Temple as a whole. It never scared me, but I always thought it was really creepy. Just the atmosphere and the blood stained walls.
