Here is a thread in which you can share what are your favourite teas to drink!
For me its hard to beat a good matcha. You are consuming the whole powdered leaf and all the antioxidant goodness that comes along with it. Also recieving a caffeine boost but without the Jitters due to the relaxing effect of the L- Theanine also present in the tea. I drink up to 4 cups a day.
As well as traditional matcha I enjoy the occasional matcha latte which I find tastes best with soy milk.
I drink a fair amount of Hojicha as well. This is a roasted green tea and a low caffeine drink, therefore is perfect for nighttime relaxation. It is great to get cosy with a nice large Hojicha, warming you up on a cold day.
I also enjoy a rooibos or redbush tea. It's not a true tea because it comes from a different plant to standard tea but it is a popular south African drink which has increased in popularity worldwide.
