MM-3DS Stray Fairies upgrades

So I just beat the snowhead temple on MM3D and I noticed that on the 3DS version, the stray fairy rewards are switched for the first 2 temples - magic meter instead of spin attack for woodfall, and spin attack instead of magic meter for snowhead. Is this also the case with great bay temple and stone tower temple? Or are they left the same?

I just cleared the Great Bay temple, and the fairy reward was the defense upgrade. I think this was the same as the N64 version. Last one is the fairy sword.

Ya, Great Bay Temple remains the defense upgrade. Haven't done Stone Tower yet, but I assume it still is the Great Fairy Sword.

Stray Fairy of Clock Town: Gives Magic Meter
Stray Fairies of Woodfall Temple: Gives Double Magic Meter
Stray Fairies of Snowhead Temple: Gives Upgraded Spin Attack
Stray Fairies of Great Bay Temple: Gives Double Defense
Stray Fairies of Stone Tower Temple: Gives Great Fairy Sword
