Signature and Blog Help

I need help with two things:

1. I can't figure out how to change sigs, I've heard you're supposed to go to settings and edit signature will be on the left and it's just not there.

2. How to you post to your blog?

This is a typical problem among new users. You must have at least five posts to both have a signature and post a blog. This is to weed out spammers who would advertise in these places.

Just four more and you should be good to go! If any problems occur after that, feel free to message me and I'll help you out.
