Shovel Knight's next game will be called 'Shovel Knight Dig'.
The game has been in development for over a year and looks to me a lot like the Steam World Dig games. This odd Metroidvania subgenre is a perfect fit for Shovel Knight.
The visuals also sport a 16bit style rather than 8bit. No release date has been given as of yet.
Shovel Knight is something of a crossover king and hasn't really been out of the public eye since his first game, are you sick of the sight of him or are you happy to see him back in a new game?
