Ive heard you can access this once you have 100 posts. I do, but i cant find it anywhere. Where is it?

Well, you must make at least one post a Day as well, otherwise it will disappear and stay gone until another post is made.

At the very top of the page, before any forums.

It should appear at the top of the forums...

...don't forget that you must also post at least once a day.
