I can only find 2 ancient shafts,need some help. Lotsa springs and screws but just two shafts.Thanks

The best thing to do is to get an ancient weapon like an ancient sword or axe. You can get these by battling the guardians in the strength test shrines. The guardians in those shrines respawn after every blood moon. Or you could buy some weapons at the Akkala Institute (but of course, you need ancient materials for that...so the shrines are your best option). You can cut off the legs of the walkers and they'll drop more materials than when you kill them by dodging their laser beams or shooting arrows.I was afraid of that! Learning to do a perfect block is the best way to beat guardians, especially when they are standing. It will take a while to get used to, but it is by far the easiest way to kill them without jusst using ancient arrows.

You mean reflect the beam? How close do you need to be?
Please pay no mind to the fact that this says it's master mode. Also please don't use the first deflection as an example, because he screwed that one up. The second and third were good, and I didn't watch the rest of the video. Stand about that close, and when you hear that sound right before they fire, do a shield bash with your shield. Also, it's when the eye light up (Same time as the noise).
Most likely you will die practicing, but it is worth the knowledge. Remember:
1- You can do this with any shield. Even a pot lid. If you do it right, they don't break
2- If you do it with a guardian shield, just hold it up, as it auto deflects.

The propellors on skywatchers almost always yield shafts. Just shoot the propellors with arrows while airborne and they should break.
Not familiar with skywatchers,where do I find them?

There are a few by the Akkala Citadel, where Akkala Tower is located. There are a couple in the Akkala Lomei Labyrinth as well. Some on the west end of the Tabantha Great Bridge that stretches across the southern end of Tanagar Canyon in western Hyrule. And a handful in and around Hyrule Castle. If you've done the Champion's Ballad, there are also some in Upland Zorana.

Honestly just go around the Trials of strength and beat them up those should supply you with tons of ancient shafts, if not i'd say take a heavy weapon and learn urbosa's fury, spin attack to break legs (breaking legs on stalkers gives more parts) and when you are running outta spin unleash the fury, it'll knock em for a loop bigtime
