Honestly, after reading about the softclaim and everything... I'm not sure about him either. I doubt he's scum. He's been rather active in the game, though, so that's why I thought he might be a good choice for a lynch. Knowing his allegiance we can observe how others have treated him and who he's suspected to get an idea on where to go from here.

A) We'd let the mafia get a kill when we only have 6 members left, there's not that much of the game left. Having a lynch would help in finding the mafia because the mafia can't NK themselves.
