Resize the oversized emotes

The Emotes are too big at least for the shoot box.

The size can be reduced to a bit bigger then

They should be kept because people like them but they scroll to much of the shout box when used.

Individual emotes can be blocked so that you can't see them, which kind of makes resizing them pointless. The whole point of the emotes in question is that they're big, which is what makes them funny, so they might as well be deleted instead of resized (which, by the way, I'd hate to see happen since I personally find these emotes hilarious).
