Sorry, but it doesn't particularly strike me as a "proper" avatar (whatever that is), but something along the lines of a shrunken screenshot. There's a border, but the screenshot quality isn't the best and I don't think it's framed as well. It still is a good concept though, and it's not ALL bad.
