Dente, still squatting on the marble, remembers that he left his panflute with his robe back at the Domain. The wait for the "surprise" continues. Nevertheless, he remains pensive as he usually is.

Dente slowly reciprocates the wave. Who was this stranger, and why was she working for Tasul? Bah, it didn't really matter right now. He just wants to know what the surprise is.
"Uh...hi, Gail. You know, funny thing is, I'm not even sure what I'm supposed to do here. The boss told me about some surprise, but I don't exactly know what he's getting at. Since you're here, perhaps you know?"

Dente is caught extremely off-guard by this forward advance, and promptly raises his arms to break the hold.
"S-sorry, I'm not interested in this sort of thing," he politely declines. He is clearly shaken by the experience, rapidly scooting down the marble structure after he spoke. Was this the "surprise?" Some sick attempt to have an enigmatic fellow like himself "make whoopie" as the kids say? Dente could not believe it. Once he leaves, he knows to make sure to send Tasul a strongly-worded letter about the experience. Total waste of a surprise. Harrumph!

She begins her climb, making her way up death mountain. The skulltula's definitely would have made things more difficult, so she made a mental note to thank Igneel for that. Once at the top, she saw the opening for death mountain. She could feel the heat from inside. That was going to be problematic. She turned to Igneel, "Got anything to keep me from burning to a crisp in there?"

"Assuming the boss has you up to speed, you know that's not what happened. I was scouting out for Rauru, and promptly eliminated him. The scene you describe I certainly witnessed, yes, but my intent was to wait for Rauru," Dente states matter-of-factly. "I dunno, perhaps I was raised too old-fashioned." He shrugs aloofly after his last statement, reflecting on his past. This was going to be a long wait.
Igneel harnesses his energy, and a tattoo forms over Lyna's Small of her back, like a tramp stamp

Lyna nods in agreement. It would he a little odd if she was somehow able to resist the heat. Though she didn't know why it mattered if it was just Darunia. That said, she put on one of the robes and turned to Igneel. "Anything else before I'm on my way to the temple?" She didn't know where the tattoo had ended up yet.

"I'm afraid not," Dente replies. "Most of my stuff is back at the Domain; heck, I'm only in a shirt and matching swim trunks because I had to swim to get over here." Still, this wasn't what bothered him,p. What did Gail mean by the first thing she said? Was it a personal life thing? What did it have to do with himself? Dente soon shrugs it off, deeming it trivial.
"I suppose if you really do need something to pass the time, I could conjure something up."

"I don't know about that," Dente shrugs with a laugh. He then creates small blocks out of the marble with his light magic. Forming a small tower, he pulls a block out. "Your turn," he says. Dente certainly expected a solo job, but if he had to make a new friend, so be it, he supposed.
