Guns again?
Just give him his cross bow if everyone is so keen for a rapid fire projectile.
Maybe its my hate of guns and their never-ceasing presence in nearly game where the guy's face is in shadow on the front of the box, but right now guns are the last thing that need to be implemented into Zelda.
I'm not gonna bang on with the argument that 'guns won't fit', because they probably would. We've played Link's Crossbow training which saw Link stalking through the woods, sniping and rapid firing numerous enemies to death, so projectile handheld weapons already work in Zelda, a little more of an advanced Hyrule or New Hyrule and guns would probably be commonplace and enemies would probably even shoot back at you.. quick! which one of these buttons isn't crouch and where is the nearest waist high wall? If we ever get a probably very possible Steam-punk Zelda then we'd have guns again with no questions asked, but here is my reasoning for the no guns route; Zelda is an honourable title which is a rare thing compared to everything out on the shelves and a gun would diminish its integrity.
What is wrong with the bow and arrow? if Link could target and fire three arrows at once would that satisfy?
