It's already the OoT sequel so it's not a stand-alone...

The storyline of OoT has almost no impact on MM. The only thing I can think of is Link's motivation for leaving Hyrule and that isn't ever mentioned again after the start of the game. So the storyline of no other games impacts MM and the storyline of MM impacts no other games, which is basically the definition of stand-alone.

I just want more transformations ^^ if that means a sequel, so be it. and if there was nothing left in termina, thats like saying theres nothing left in hyrule.

I could definetly see a sequel to MM maybe that Link is still searching for Navi but, I don't think there will be any point so no.
