Pokemon Fan-fic Sign-up

I'm gonna make a pokemon fan-fic that does not have a name yet. I hope a lot of people sign-up.

Here's how it works. It's just gonna be like a pokemon game, Gyms, Pokemon contests, Seals, Types, etc. Gym Leaders will be different, but I will make them up.

Here's how the sign-up sheet should look like:

Pokemon on team(list in order you get them, one must be a starter. No legends): Treecko, Poliwag, Doduo,Growlithe,Elekid,and Snowrunt
Location(In Johto/Kanto, all pokemon are found though): New Bark Town
Appearance: Brown, short hair; Black hoodie; sweatpants
Personality: Funny, smart, sometimes over-critical, nice
Favorite hobbie: Singing, does it semi-professionally

Pokemon: Totadile, Beedrill, Clefairy, Porygon, Scizor, Umbreon. (I don't actually have any Pokemon games but I'm really looking into them. Those are some Pokemon I like from Brawl. And some are random that I just know from common sense.)
Location: Anywhere, I don't care. (Yes, you're right. I don't know any )
Appearance: Short, average weight for his size. But SHORT! Like 5'00 or 4'11. Blue eyes. Dirty blond hair, just past eyebrows, just over top of ears, just at collar in back. Cacky shorts. (you know the tan color? :S ) Crimson red t-shirt with black long-sleeved under shirt. Necklace with an arrowhead on it.
Personality: Quick to temper. Trustworthy. Caring. Has good ideas/Creative. Always in a good mood unless set off into a bad mood. Night Owl, not Morning Person.
Favorite hobbie: Writing, drawing, and sleeping in.

Personality: Flirty, fun, cool, friendly, happy, optomistic, likes climbing around, clever and has lots of charisma.
Favourite hobbies: Likes doing gym battles and contest challenges.

Location: Pokemon center outside of MT. Silver
Appearance: Tall; black, eyebrow lenght, hair; dark clothed; (despite the other things, he looks like a nice person), not skinny, but not heavy.
Personality: Serious,usually nice, VERY aggressive when angry,Large ego, witty.
Favorite hobbie: Creaming people not worth of his Heracross.

I have a few questions:
1. Can I have more than six stock pokemon, and have more for other occasions?
2. Can I have a Roaming legendary like Entei?
3. I would just like to make sure that I can use that location.......

Well, you can have stock pokemon, but you can't use them often. And, no offence, but in my story you need a water-type, I know I should've mentioned it. Sorry.

Lol, I am the first on not to have a water type.

I'll replace Abra with Gyrados. And on a side note, Scyther doesn't evolve, while all the rest that can will.
