you gotta follow the banlist above + every pokémon in your team has to have at least one of the mandatory types (Dark, Bug, Psychic, Ghost) cuz it's halloween so we gotta get spooky

Just making clear that it isn't just the pokémon that appear there tho, you can use anything from lower tiers. I posted the OU thingie so you could check what's banned in it, not which pokés are considered OU. So you can use any pokémon from UU; UUBL; RU; RUBL; PU; PUBL; NU; NUBL; Untiered; as well as NFEs.
