One Universe, different frequencies

This theory came up in a discussion about how modern scientific theory plays in to the series. On one hand, it helps to explain some aspects, while calling other aspects in to question. The theory is based on wave frequencies, and the indestructible nature of mater.

To start off; all mater exists as waves, and waves interact differently, depending on the frequency. For instance, light waves are absorbed or bounce off objects, that radio waves pass through. By extending this idea, all of the realms could exist in one universe. The world containing Hyrule could be one frequency among numerous others. The Sacred Realm would exist on one end of the spectrum. If the name of the Twilight Realm is any indication, it would most likely reside in the middle. If Lorule is part of this, it would probably reside on the opposite spectrum of Twilight, from Hyrule.

If true, this would mean that when Link travels to a different realm, his frequency would simply shift. It would also explain why every realm seems to copy/reflect Hyrule. This could also mean that the Triforce could exist across all realms/frequencies. Which brings us to the next point.

Mater and energy can not be destroyed, or created, save for the possibility of creator gods. Even when we burn something, we only change the state of mater. It has been displayed that as the Triforce is broken apart, it looses functionality. It has also been broken in to multiple parts in at least two games. When a Triforce is broken apart in to enough peaces, it could be that the frequency of that realm starts to degrade.
