General Classic Ocarina of Time Map with A Link To The Past Graphics

I just came across this and wanted to share it with everyone else here.

Last year, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time was beautifully ported the 3DS with stunning graphics and solid special 3D effects. This year, one dedicated Zelda fan has decided to give one of the game's most important aspects another visual makeover. Although this time, it'd take on a visual aesthetic that's even more retro than the N64 original.

MaJoRa (a member of Zelda Fan Game Central) has spent the last two years recreating Ocarina's entire world map (From Hyrule Castle to Death Mountain to Lon Lon Ranch to everywhere in between) in the glorious 16-bit graphical style of A Link to the Past .

MaJoRa does admit that some minor touch up work does need to be done but other than that, the map is pretty much completed.

Wow, this is awesome. The detail that was put into this is amazing. This guy definitely put lots of effort into it. Is there a way we can play it though? xD

This is pretty cool. It would be even cooler if someone made a fan game using this map and Link to the Past gameplay.
