Zelda Art Ocarina Artwork

Ok, lately ive been pretty busy doing school work, but I manage to find some time to work on a couple big zelda drawings. Heres one of link playing the ocarina ( rough draft so im still working on it ).
p.s- i have no problem shading but i do have trouble deciding how to shade certain pictures to help fit the mood of the drawing, any help?

looks very good so far, you should also try to draw something that isn't straight from the official art, and also, do you have a scanner, because the drawing looks much better on the computer if you scan instead of taking pictures

Impressive I like it. I cant do the shading that well . I also suck at hands and that just brings my hole picture down. But oh well I guess it all about practice

thanks guys , and yea i have a scanner but most of my stuff i draw at school so i send a pic to here from my phone. I do have artwork that isnt from the official art i just dont put all of them on here...And motherboard your right, im not all that good on hands either, what i do to practice is draw a couple of different hands about 5 on a page in different motions, then practice the hand i actually like best to put into my final drawing
