Its been a long time since Operation Moonfall started, and we have no confirmation of it happening. All we know is that if Nintendo were to do it, it would be released after Zelda 3DS which has no name or real title yet. Users that reply to threads about Majoras Mask being on 3DS please note that it did not fail, it just hasn't been set in stone if Nintendo will have Majoras Mask on 3DS.
