Sweet. So I have completed both of your requests.

@YIGAhim, I made two versions for you. One of them is just a smaller version of the badge with a slight emboss effect, and the second one is an actual userbar with the badge and some background.

@Lilith2, unfortunately the images provided were not a high resolution enough to make some adjustments to them, however I did take your quote and made you an ominous looking black snake. I added some slight flame effects and layered them over the text, and blurred some of the edges for depth. I sincerely hope you like it, and if not, I can take another crack at it!
