Every New Year people often make resolutions and people more often don't keep up wirh those.
Did resolutions ever work for you and do you still make them?
I made a resolution at the end of 2023 to stop drinking coffee with sugar and it worked for me.
I like to hear your stories/opinions on New Year's Resolutions

I had a friend who, in 2022 made the resolution that she wasn't going to buy any new clothes that year. It worked for her.
Like you, I gave up sugar in coffee a couple of years ago, and have stuck to that, though I will use artificial sweetener like a basic *****.

Resolution has worked for me. When I was younger I used to drink chocolate milk everyday and I finally stopped drinking chocolate milk. For around 15 years I was eating pizza and a burrito everyday which is not healthy and this year I changed my diet and stopped eating pizza and burritos.

I've definitely had a mixed bag with resolutions, some that I've done a good job keeping and some not so much. I started working out more thanks to a New Year's Resolution, and this time around I'd like to make a resolution to use my smartphone less though I'm still deciding on the specifics.

It's the devil's dandruff that stuff. You're better off without it.

As for me I didn't make new years resolutions. I have my quarterly business goals.

And my fitness goals are already in place.
