New Video Game Console?

I was wondering if there are any new video game consoles come out, and what I mean by that is a new console from a new developer like the Playstation back in the 90's and the Xbox back in 2001?

The Ouya, but that's been bombing big-time. I don't know of anything that hasn't come out yet.

Steam apparently has something in the works, but we know absolutely nothing about it at this point.
