It doesn't really matter what that ckan was, Hyrule Warriors isn't canon and doesn't link with other games, especially BotW and he malice.

I was under the impression that she lied about the existence of the clan to cover up the fact that she and Cia were the same person, and therefore possess the same magic. But it's still noncanon regardless.
