That's just Ganondorf from a really bad angle. It had the malice coming out of him and the hand coming off of him, it's just hard to tell.

No,the white robed figure which is standing beside Ganon's body. I thought that it was Rhoam but he's dead so I'm clueless now
that Shadow and Ganon don't match

There is no other figure but Ganondorf and Ganondorfs shadow on the wall

If you look at screen caps from immediately before and after the flash it's easier to tell it's Gannondorf.

What's interesting though is I think that shadow shows the hand releasing him, because what follows is his eyes lighting up.
