Four Swords Adventures and the two DS titles are rather quick and easy tom complete. The GB/GBC games may take you a bit longer as well as A Link to the Past but they are still no sweat. Make sure you leave a lot of room for Zelda II though because that game can get frustratingly difficult especially if you are not using a walkthrough.

@Link in Time: I think you hit the nail on the head there. According to just about everybody Zelda II is going to be a beast for me to tackle

It's definitely possible, if you are only going to beat the games. If you are going to 100% them, then that would really be a challenge for you.
