My Perfect Zelda Game...

Hello ZDN users,

Ever since I went to the Symphony of the Goddesses concert this past June (I went to the one in Los Angeles), I was wondering if and when Nintendo would make like a game just using the music from the concert and/or turning the ENTIRE Zelda series soundtracks into a classical concerto AND bring back some of the greatest dungeons that Zelda fans have ever seen...

The game would be called:

THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: GREATEST HITS COLLECTION

I know not some mysterious or glorious title but it would have some of the franchise's best dungeons in the series; Here the breakdown (of course, Nintendo could decide what to put in it): JUST OMIT ANYTHING FROM FOUR SWORDS and FSA!

SIDE QUESTS: NONE Why? It's a greatest dungeon game... Why have side quests maybe pieces of heart and lead a lost old man home but keep them down to a minimum... I wouldn't want another Majora's Mask.

From Zelda 1: The Eagle - Eagle is what started us in the world of Hyrule and was a simple one so why not now?

From the Adventure of Link - Midoro Palace - I found this swampy marsh a pain in the neck to get to especially all the bull I had to deal with going thru death mountain... need I say more?

From LTTP - Palace of Darkness - LTTP is my favorite Zelda game (so I'm a little bias here) but this game was my first Zelda game to beat 100% all the way through but anyway... Palace of Darkness to this day is still a pain to get thru on any platform I can think of and the Helmasaur King is still hard with his unpredictability and tail slashes and swing that hammer too (I hate throwing bombs).

From LA - The Nightmares- Make something short or make it into a side quest...

From OOT - Now I know that some of you will think that Ocarina of Time absolutely sacred and cannot be touched in anyway just because but here me out: Have Lake Hylia serve as this games lake (minus the Water Temple) but have Jabu Jabu's belly come back and instead of Zora's Sapphire as your prize bring back Hyrule's water supply!

From MM - Clock town could serve has its market town and same classical music will apply of course :)

From Oracles - Ok I said no side quests but I don't want to butcher these two up too much so I would have this as a side quest to save Din Nayru and Farore respectively and since Farore is the Oracle of Secrets, she gives you the biggoron sword  - Music playing would be Din dancing with Nayru Singing and Farore reading after Link is done wrestling them to... Nayru's song :)

From WW - Dragon Roost Island! I imagine that this beloved and sacred island would be in the middle of Lake Hylia with the King of the Red Lions escorting you there- Prize would be all 3 pearls and would enhance your sword slashing and bomb exploding and your light arrows (make it pretty simple)

From MC - This would be the only game I would allow from the Four Sword Era and would let Nintendo decide on what they would do with this game...

From TP - Palace of Twilight - Enough Said

From PH - Have Lineback drive the King of the Red Lions to Dragon Roost Island and have one of the dungeons from this game serve as its representation with the pearls being your item :)

From Spirit Tracks - Have Maladus serve as your mini boss somewhere in the game or use him repeatedly like Boom Boom in SMB 3

Lastly...

From - Skyward Sword - Ghirahim serving as one the final bosses along with Vaati, Ganondorf, Bellum, and every reincarnation from the previously released from the game...

Ok I want honest opinions here... Look forward to hearing from you...

While I highly doubt Nintendo would ever actually make something like this, I absolutely adore the idea, and would be completely ecstatic if it were made a reality!

I love the stuff you've mentioned but the idea doesn't really make much logical sense at all..... haha

This is all speculation here folks :D my thing is to just bring together some of the franchise's most beloved dungeons and do their respective soundtracks to the classical stuff... The only reason on why I would leave out the four swords category is because of the multi-player platforming... I would pick up the game in a heartbeat if this were to become a reality as long they don't bring back dungeons like the Water Temple (need I say more) YES I saw the 3DS version on the matter and it's still a pain a neck...
