I got a fencing sword, and I practices my epee (professional fencing form), sabre (saber), and spadda de filio (Side Sword, cut n thrust). It really gets my heart pumping. I feel great after wards.

Welp, school is kinda terrible for my health, so there's that.
During break, though, my grandpa has this cabin in the mountains in Utah, and I go out and shoot fish in the mornings. I just about never fish with a fishing rod, because I can't do it for the LIFE of me and it's very unpredictable for what I can catch. So, I Merida it. It's good exercise and it means that we can have my favorite food for dinner!

I brush my teeth! - poor dental health is a large predictor of heart attacks

I have a bath - This is great for my mental health

Apply sunscreen if going outside - Hopefully no skin cancer for me

I am a night owl so I am physically strongest in the evening plus I fast from 11pm until 1:30pm so no point in training until I have eaten a meal and absorbed its energy. For this reason I train at night and never do so in the morning, plus I don't have the time before work anyway as I like to sleep until an hour before I come in which gives me enough time for my bath and teeth cleaning along with getting dressed and my journey in. If I wanted to train in the morning I would have to wake up earlier which is a big no no for me.

Very much a dude.
Well, I get up, do some stretches, pet my cats, then I have my morning poop.

It's where I do a lot of thinking.

Then I brush my teeth, floss, then shower. Handling my waist long mane of hair and my thick beard is a process, and keeping them clean without drying out my scalp or my face is a.... process.

Basically, I wash my beard with beard shampoo and conditioner every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Do it more than that, and I found my skin is enormously dry.

I wash my hair every other day. If I go longer than that, my hair gets greasy. If I over do it and wash it every day, it gets too dry.

Every day I clean my body though, and since I have sensitive skin, I found Old Spice is strong enough, but gentle enough to not flair up my skin, as I have eczema on my legs really bad. Depending on how bad a flair up is, I'll use my eczema cream on my legs.

But, I oil and comb my beard every day, otherwise, it's scraggly and wild.

And I lotion wherever my skin is dry, as I have really sensitive pale skin. I swear by Udderly Smooth lotion or Hempz, as I find those work the best for me.

It's 7:30 in the morning and the phone rings and Ive got a huge truck delivering stock from Moldavia.
So I make a coffee get in my car, put the coffee next to the handbreak, light up a cigarette cause I know I won't have the time when I arrive there and try to focus on the road.
I call it dog day sunrise cause I don't care how much work is needed when money is involved.
So it's 8 o clock in the morning and the phone rings...8:30...7....8....9.... I don't care
I make a coffee and throw myself at work cause nothing beats the smell of:
1)machine oil in the morning
2) Fresh Stock
3) And most importantly Money
Especially the fresh money when you go to the bank and you you withdraw them by yourself puts a smile on my face every time.

Morning rituals like hydration, meditation, or exercise set a positive tone for the day, enhancing physical and mental health. They kickstart your metabolism, reduce stress, and improve focus. Skipping them can lead to a less productive day.
