MM: Problem with Deku Royals

Okay, so I just returned the deku princess to the king, and the king said the butler had prepared something for me. But I had like, a minute left before the moon hit so I used the song of time, thinking I could just go back and find the butler. But since I went back, the princess is still in the woodfall temple.
Am I going to have to go through the whole dungeon again just to find the butler?

No. If you have done the dungeon and killed the boss, when you'll come back in the dungeon, a warp area will appear. You just have to go in it and beat the boss again.
