Here I want to talk about the possible endings to Mass Effect 3.

Okay, I'll not actually mention the endings in detail in this post just in case someone misses that warning and reads the bottom of the post first.
I'll just bring up that the ending of Mass Effect 3 was extremely controversial and has resulted in a lot of fan rage. The basic run of it is that none of the choices made in all three games really mattered as the endings were fixed regardless, despite Bioware's promises to the contrary. There are fan campaigns to convince Bioware to alter the ending.
I played the game to its conclusion and I agree with the stance that the ending wasn't what I thought it would have been. I'll go into detail in a further post.
