General Art Maikeru's Drawings

I'm working on becoming an illustrator and eventually becoming a game designer. The first step I'm working on getting down is drawing. I've progressed quite a bit since when I couldn't draw a straight line and while I still have difficulty drawing things out of my mind, I have become pretty good at eyeballing. You will notice that none of these are shaded. That's the next thing I will be working on. That and coloring.

Yes, those last two are Brook and Perona from One Piece. I didn't really have a camera to take a picture of my Perona drawing, so it was done via webcam. It also seems to have flipped horizontally.

Thats like me im good at eye-balling someting but i find it hard to draw something i just come up with.

So, one of the assignments for my 3D Design class was to use Photobucket and Illustrator to create an image featuring a character with their voice actor. And so, I naturally did one with Perona and her voice actor.

I also used google images and Paint.NET to make my current signature.

You have a very unique artstyle Maikeru! To me, it gives off a comic book style of art, which to me is always a joy to see! I really enjoyed the coloring on your latest installment in your artwork! Keep up the great and amazing work! Hopefully you get to make more in the near future!
