I forgot the names of anime I watched few years back.

What is the name of the 20th century anime anime where the hero is high schooler, turquoise uniform,, bangs.
He saves a child from car accident and himself dies in that accident. He still lingers in the world as a ghost.

Only Boxer anime's I know are Hajime no Ippo & Megalo Box (haven't seen 'em though)

Dies & lingers as a ghost sounds like Yu Yu Hakasho but haven't seen it so can't confirm

Yeah! It was Hajime no ippo and YUU☆YUU☆ Hakosho. Thanks to you I'm now about to watch the anime I forgot three years ago when Animax India used to be.

Yu Yu Hakusho is one of the best animes of the 90s. I hope you enjoy @Giri. Toguro is still my favorite villain in all of media to this day.
