So I was gonna wait until enough information was released on this thing to post a thread and, well, here we are now.

So most of the main cast has now been unveiled, so I'd like to know what you all think, if anything. Will it be good? Will it be bad?
Personally, I have exactly zero expectations and am just hoping for a fun campy film series that, while maybe not doing the series justice, can do fine standing on its own. If they film it like a Beat Takeshi movie (based on the one Beat Takeshi movie I've seen, Zatoichi) or something similar it could potentially be just that. I think the cast actually looks pretty good so far and that gives me hope.
