I think the voice that they gave Link in the demo was new. But it will probably change when the game is finished.

I think that Link's slightly changing voice throughout the games makes it seem like he's unique every time. And I agree that more noises from him make Link come alive! Also, his voice in TP was cool, but not too macho so I hope it always stays close to that tone.

Look at the E3 2004 Twilight Princess Trailer. Link looked different, moved different, and had the same voice as the Link in Ocarina of Time. So much changed in the next two years, it's almost a shame we didn't get to play the game in it's previous form, or even in many of the areas shown in the trailers.
