I'll start - if you're trying to catch a Pokémon with a low catchrate, shake the 2nd joycon to make a support trainer appear. If you sync the throws and get it within the circle, it increases the rate drastically. I caught Articuno in 8 ultra balls with a "nice" catch using this method.
