We still have some time left in the day, but a no-lynch seems like the most likely outcome.

100% of all the games I've been on in this forum has ended in a no-lynch first day.

No-lynches are ultimately the safest way to go in a Mafia game, at least as far as the first day is concerned. Instead of mis-lynching, you go straight to night and see what happens then.

I was really speaking toward how members of the Mafia would choose their victims, not the other NK roles. For aVig or SK to kill off anyone who they themselves found suspicious would be risky because the Mafia can target them, but that issue does not apply to the Mafia themselves.

I do believe the terms that apply to a Vig/SK does apply to the Mafia as well. Obviously they do not want any connections between themselves and their night kill targets. Personally, whenever I am a Mafioso, I almost completely make myself forget my role during the day periods, and once night falls I turn evil!
