Juno Probe Reaches Jupiter

After a five years journey, the NASA probe sent primarily to investigate Jupiter's structure. It will investigate the nature of its magnetic field and gravity field. The hope is to determine the internal composition of Jupiter to get a better idea of how the planet formed. Since it is the most influential planet in our system, knowing that will go a huge way to understanding the initial formation of our planetary system.

The uniqueness of "Juno" lies in the fact that this probe will try to look behind the cloud cover of the giant planet and study its core for the first time. In addition, its design provides not only protection from the hard radiation of Jupiter's radiation belts, but also the comparative cheapness of the entire project.
